Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
No Locals: International Lodge Motel has a "No Locals" policy. This covers an area of a 100 klm radius from the property. Any person residing within this distance may be refused accommodation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please communicate respectfully and politely with all staff members at all times—whether interacting with on-site team members in person or off-site support via phone, messaging, or email. Failure to maintain a respectful demeanour will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Standard check-out is 10:00 am. Late check-out may incur a fee.

Lost & found items are kept for 1 week (perishables disposed immediately).
