Your access code is sent by SMS. Enter it directly on the room lock keypad.

• Upon check-in, please reply “Checked in” to your SMS message.
• Upon check-out, please reply “Checked out” to your SMS message.

🧹 Housekeeping

Hang “Clean My Room” on your door if service is required.

No housekeeping on weekends or public holidays.

Fresh towels available on request from Reception any day.

Please keep valuables with you; management is not responsible for loss or damage.

The TV and AC remotes can be found on the table.

🚗 Parking

No undercover parking but we have ample on-site and off-street parking.

🚭 No Smoking  in rooms. Cleaning fees may apply.

🐾 No Pets (assistance dogs welcome).

🤫 Quiet Hours: 7:30 pm – 7:00 am.

🎉 No Parties or gatherings over 5 people.

🪑 Please respect property – do not move furniture or attach items to walls.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

⏰ Check-Out

Standard check-out is 10:00 am. Late check-out may incur a fee.

Please reply “Checked out” to your SMS when departing.

Lost & found items are kept for 1 week (perishables disposed immediately).
